Construction in India

There's a lot of construction going on here, but it's a really strange hybrid of modern and ancient. Scaffolding is generally wood tied together with rope. Here at the Windsor, the scaffolding is metal, but it's still tied together. And in case you were wondering how tall the structure is, I've included a shot down into the artium.
